That curiosity has taken me through fatherhood, relationships, loss, work, spirituality, Human Design, Gene Keys, ancient traditions, and more rabbit holes than I could possibly count.
I don't claim to have the answers. What I have are experiences, questions, a willingness to experiment, and a growing collection of things that have helped me understand myself and this strange human experience a little better.
